LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Template · Last updated 12 August 2026
This template is a practical starting point, not legal advice. VBHUB LTD should have it reviewed by a UK solicitor.
1. Who we are
These terms govern access to the VB Hub website and subscription services (“Services”). The trader is VBHUB LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17246935, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Contact: admin@vbhub.co.uk.
2. Analytics only — no betting service
VB Hub supplies sports data, odds comparison, analytics, market alerts and informational tools. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, broker, tipster or financial adviser. We do not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, process gambling transactions, or guarantee any result. Any decision you make, including whether to use a third-party operator, is yours alone. You must be at least 18 and comply with applicable law and each third party’s terms.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly tell us about unauthorised access. Access is personal unless a team plan expressly permits additional users. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, non-payment or a material breach.
4. Trials, billing and renewal
The checkout page shows the trial length, recurring price and billing interval before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the stated trial ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid subscription and the payment method provided is charged. Subscriptions renew for successive monthly periods until cancelled. We will provide information and reminders required by applicable law.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through the available account or billing process, or by emailing admin@vbhub.co.uk from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the law requires an earlier effect. Once a free trial ends and the paid subscription begins, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where applicable consumer law gives you a cancellation, cooling-off, refund, price-reduction or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those statutory rights.
6. Consumer cancellation rights
Depending on the contract and when services begin, UK consumers may have statutory cancellation rights. If you ask for supply to begin during a cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services supplied before cancellation where the law permits. Any checkout acknowledgement about immediate supply or loss of cancellation rights must be presented separately where legally required.
7. Acceptable use
You must not resell, scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, overload, interfere with or misuse the Services; share access outside your plan; use data unlawfully; or attempt to bypass security or usage limits. You are responsible for your equipment, third-party accounts and compliance with law.
8. Availability and changes
Markets and third-party feeds change quickly. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We may maintain, update or change features and will give reasonable notice of material subscription changes where required. Features marked “coming soon” or “under development” are not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
VBHUB LTD and its licensors own the Services, software, design, databases, branding and original content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. No other rights are transferred.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We do not promise profit, savings, accuracy, uninterrupted access or any particular outcome. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for gambling losses, decisions based on information, third-party services, or indirect or consequential loss. Any financial cap should be completed by a solicitor and must be fair and lawful.
11. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Cookie Policy explains device storage and consent. A separate privacy notice should explain personal-data processing. Service and billing messages may be sent when necessary; marketing requires an appropriate lawful basis and can be opted out of.
12. Ending service and governing law
Either party may end the subscription as described above. Rights intended to survive termination will continue. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be notified where required. Questions, complaints and cancellation requests: admin@vbhub.co.uk.
